Consultation Fees
- Free consultations are provided at no cost and do not require a refund.
- Once a paid medical consultation has been completed, the consultation fee is non-refundable.
Treatment & Service Fees
- Fees for medical evaluations, care coordination, and treatment planning are non-refundable once the service has been provided.
- If a licensed provider determines that enclomiphene therapy is not medically appropriate, you will not be charged beyond any applicable consultation fee.
Medication Orders
Due to medical and regulatory guidelines, all prescription medications are non-refundable once they have been shipped.
We do not accept returns or exchanges of prescription medications.
Cancellations
- You may cancel your appointment before your scheduled consultation by contacting our support team.
- Missed appointments or late cancellations may not be eligible for refunds.
Billing Errors
If you believe you were charged incorrectly, please contact us within 7 days of the charge.
Verified billing errors will be corrected promptly.
Exceptional Circumstances
Refund requests due to technical issues, duplicate charges, or service interruptions will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
