HIPAA Compliance

When you book a consultation with enclomipheneformen.com, you’re trusting us with some pretty personal stuff — your medical history, your lab results, details about your health that you wouldn’t want floating around online. We don’t take that lightly. This page walks through how we protect your information under HIPAA (the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act), and what that actually means for you as a patient.

How Our Care Works, and Why It Matters Here

We connect you with board-certified providers, online, in all 50 states. From the moment you book your free consultation and fill out your intake form on our encrypted platform, you’re sharing health information with a real clinical team who’s evaluating whether Enclomiphene is right for you. HIPAA is the law that governs how that information gets handled from there — who can see it, how it’s stored, and what we’re allowed to do with it.

What We Consider Protected Health Information

A few things fall under this umbrella:

  • Your name, birthdate, and contact info from booking
  • What you tell us during your consultation — symptoms, history, that kind of thing
  • Lab results and anything related to monitoring your treatment
  • Your prescription details and how it gets fulfilled
  • Payment information tied to your $199 visit

What We Actually Do With It

Your information exists to help us take care of you — nothing more. That means using it to run your consultation, figure out if you’re a good fit for treatment, coordinate with pharmacy partners so your prescription ships, keep track of your labs and follow-ups, and reach out about appointments. That’s it.

We don’t sell your health information. Full stop. And we won’t use it for marketing unless you’ve specifically said it’s okay.

Who Actually Sees Your Information

Honestly, fewer people than you might think. It comes down to your provider, who’s reviewing your case and managing your care; the pharmacy fulfilling and shipping your prescription; any lab partner running tests you’ve been prescribed; and support staff, but only for things like scheduling or billing questions — not your clinical details.

If we work with an outside vendor who touches your health data in any way, they’re contractually required to sign a Business Associate Agreement and meet the same HIPAA security standards we hold ourselves to. We don’t make exceptions here.

How We Keep It Locked Down

Your intake and medical history move through an encrypted platform, the same one referenced in Step 1 of our booking process. Internally, access is role-based, so staff only see what they actually need to do their job. Payment for your visit is processed separately from your clinical records. And we regularly review our systems and partners to make sure nothing’s slipping.

What You’re Entitled To

As a patient, you can ask to see a copy of your health records, request a correction if something looks wrong, and put limits on how your information gets shared. You can also tell us how you’d prefer to be contacted, ask for a list of certain disclosures we’ve made, and file a complaint if you ever feel your privacy wasn’t respected — doing so won’t affect your care in any way. If you want to act on any of this, just email us.

If Something Feels Off

If you think your privacy’s been violated, reach out to us directly, or file a complaint with the HHS Office for Civil Rights at www.hhs.gov/ocr/privacy/hipaa/complaints. Either way, there’s no retaliation, ever, for speaking up.
